Shah Rukh Khan, affectionately referred to as the King Khan of Bollywood, made a delightful appearance at the special screening of Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par. What truly made the event shine was a heartwarming moment he shared with Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao’s son, Azad Rao Khan. This sweet gesture is now making waves all over Instagram.
Sharing the video, paparazzo Sneh Zala posted that Shah Rukh Khan happily welcomed young Azad. SRK patted Azad on his cheek and smiled at him. He also shook hands with Azad in a very friendly and kind way. Pooja Dadlani, the manager of Shah Rukh, also appeared in the video. Fans are loving this adorable interaction, with many claiming it might just be one of the cutest things they’ve seen online.
As for Shah Rukh’s look, he kept it casual in a white t-shirt, jeans, a navy blue jacket, and a beanie. He appeared basic and classy. He was also hugging and giving big smiles to some of the specially abled cast members of the film at the event. These youthful actors are very significant in the movie.
In the red carpet scenes, Shah Rukh embraced the young actors with much love. He joked with them, took photos, and even kissed one small girl on her forehead after she hugged him. These touching images and videos have gone viral and fans had nothing, but words of appreciation of how good and respectful Shah Rukh Khan is to all.
Aamir Khan’s ladylove Gauri Spratt was also present at the screening. The couple smiled and took pictures with Aamir’s son Azad Rao Khan. Other celebrities also turned up to support the film, with Rekha, Salman Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Riteish Deshmukh and Aamir’s nephew Imran Khan coming with his girlfriend Lekha Washington.
Sitaare Zameen Par is directed by R.S. Prasanna and has been referred to as a spiritual sequel to the 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. It also stars Genelia D’souza in the lead role. The movie was released today, 20th June 2025 in theatres.
