Demonstration:

• The word demonstration means to give demos or to perform a particular activity.
• In the demonstration training method, the teaching-learning process is carried in a systematic way.
• Demonstration type of training method is used to train workers.
• Demonstration occurs when the workers are having a hard time connecting theories to actual practice or when workers are unable to understand the application of theories.
• In order to make the demonstration method successful few things are important:
  • The object being demonstrated should not be small i.e. it should be visible clearly to everyone.
  • During the demonstration, clear language must be used so that the workers are able to understand concepts easily.
  • The workers should be able to question demonstrators in order to clear their doubts.
