If A is 20% of C and B is 25% of C.

Concept:

The x % of a value A is \(\frac{x}{100}\times A\)

Solution:

Let the value of C be X

A = 20% of X = X/5

B = 25% of X = X/4

The percent of B that A is,

[ (X/5) / (X/4) ] x 100 = 80%

Hence, option 2 is correct.
