- நமது அரசியலமைப்பில் மூன்று வகையான நெருக்கடி நிலை உள்ளது.
- தேசிய நெருக்கடி நிலை:
- இந்த வகை நெருக்கடி நிலை சரத்து 352 உடன் தொடர்புடையது.

- இந்தியாவில் நிதி ஸ்திரமின்மை அல்லது மாநிலத்திற்கு கடன் அதிகரித்தால் இவ்வகை நெருக்கடி நிலையை குடியரசுத் தலைவர் அமல்படுத்துவார்.
